Intellectual Property Overview

Catalyst™ is a human-centered leadership body of work created by Mairim Neves, P.Eng. It includes a registered leadership framework, published workbooks, original visual identity elements, and proprietary workshop experiences.

The Catalyst Blueprint™ is a registered trademark in Alberta, Canada. All Catalyst™ materials are original intellectual property and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

This protection exists to preserve the integrity, quality, and intended use of the Catalyst™ work.

Scope of Protection

The following are original intellectual property created by Mairim Neves and are protected:

The Catalyst Blueprint™ leadership framework
The C.A.T.A.L.Y.S.T. leadership model and pillar structure
All chapter principles, taglines, prompts, and descriptions
All original illustrations, diagrams, graphics, icons, and visual elements
The Catalyst vertical bar design and visual identity system
All published workbook content, including exercises, trackers, reflections, and tools
Workshop content, facilitation guides, activities, and learning frameworks
Catalyst-branded creative content, quotes, and leadership language
Catalyst website content and downloadable resources

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, adaptation, or distribution of any Catalyst™ materials is strictly prohibited.

Catalyst™ includes multiple published workbooks authored by Mairim Neves, all rooted in The Catalyst Blueprint™ leadership framework. These workbooks are distinct copyrighted publications, each with its own ISBN and distribution through Amazon.
