After months of writing, sketching, testing, and trusting the process…
Catalyst: A Human-Centered Leadership Workbook for Girls in STEM is now live.
This didn’t begin as a product idea.
It started with real girls.
Over the past few years, I’ve sat with them—in workshops, classrooms, and circles. I watched them dive into projects with curiosity, creativity, and courage. I also saw what happened when things got hard. When teamwork felt messy. When confidence dipped. When emotions showed up and there was no space to name them.
Not a lack of ability.
A lack of tools.
So I created Luna.

Luna is 12. She’s thoughtful, curious, and still figuring things out—just like all of us. She’s not perfect. But she’s paying attention. She guides readers through this workbook, one moment at a time.
This is not a typical STEM workbook.
And it’s not about pushing girls to lead before they’re ready.
It’s about helping them see that leadership isn’t about control, perfection, or being the loudest.
It’s about clarity. Awareness. Trust. Accountability.
It’s about learning how to work through emotions and equations.
Each chapter includes a story with Luna, reflection prompts (no right answers), STEM-inspired activities, and simple weekly practices. It’s written in coloring-book format, because creativity is part of learning too.
And it’s meant to be used slowly.
At home, in classrooms, in programs—one chapter at a time.
When I was a girl, I didn’t get this kind of leadership training.
I learned technical skills early. But not how to speak up without shutting down.
Not how to lead without losing myself.
So I made the book I wish we had.
And if this book helps even one girl stay curious when something doesn’t work, pause instead of panic, or feel less alone when things get hard…
Then it’s already doing the work.
The girls are ready.
Now the tools are too.
Because the work continues.
And this time, it starts earlier.
