And yet, I’ve never felt more at home—within myself.
January started with a return from Europe, after living and working remotely for three months. That experience taught me that discipline matters more than geography. That place is just place. Focus travels with you.

February brought a new kind of challenge: accepting that my son’s diabetes was now part of our daily rhythm. It changed our routines. It reshaped our priorities.
And I kept flying.
To meet my husband.
To be with family.
To breathe.
In April, I traveled through Europe with two of my best friends, while another dearest was mourning her husband. A quiet acceptance that even the people we hold closest can leave us too soon.
I visited Turkey. Explored more of Greece. Delivered work I was proud of.
In May, a surprising opportunity knocked: a role I wasn’t seeking, but one that intrigued me—remote, global, travel-based. The dream, right?
I launched Mujeres Omega’s first in-person conference.

Then came July: I was laid off.
And after, I went through more than 50 interviews — some that stretched my understanding, some that helped define what I truly want, and some that clarified who I am as a leader.
That dream was paused.
In Alaska, I found silence and healing.
In Orlando, I shared laughter and memories with my son.
With my daughter, I traveled solo and watched her blossom into focus and independence.

In October, I explored Italy and Spain with my mom.
With my husband, I helped him transition to a new place and a new job in the U.S.
I was everywhere—and somehow, still grounded.
I helped run a nonprofit.
Spoke at sold-out events.
Got appointed as a 2026 APEGA Edmonton Branch participant.
Oversaw the construction of a building in Venezuela from afar—grateful for the teamwork with my brothers, who became my hands and eyes on the ground.
And somewhere in between all of it…
The Catalyst was born.

A leadership framework shaped not by theory, but by life.
A workbook. A message. A movement.
One that believes human-centered leadership isn’t soft—it’s necessary.
It launched quietly. But with power.
Just like I did.
And now, in December, something came full circle:
That job opportunity from May?
It might just become a reality after all.

I don’t have all the answers about 2026.
Maybe it brings me back to Venezuela to build something meaningful.
Maybe I’ll take Catalyst further—to new stages, new audiences, new impact.
Maybe I’ll simply slow down and focus on caring for my home—my body.
Catalyst isn’t just a reflection — it’s an invitation to lead with intention and humanity.
But here’s what I know for sure:
Nothing will stop me from growing.
Nada me va a detener.
