Creating While Waiting

It’s a strange thing to feel so uncertain about your future, and yet, somehow, stay deeply anchored.

That’s what Catalyst has been for me.

I’m still looking for my next role.
Still applying.
Still navigating interviews that go silent, recommendations that don’t land, and waiting rooms that feel endless.

But while I wait, I’m building something.

The Catalyst Blueprint didn’t come from a place of having everything figured out. It came from the opposite, from sitting in the uncertainty and deciding to make meaning anyway.

Each page I write is a way to process what I’ve learned through experience, the kind of leadership that lives between the bullet points, the invisible work that rarely gets recognized, the clarity that only comes after hard lessons.

Some days, I second guess everything.
Other days, I feel on fire, like this is exactly what I’m meant to be doing right now.

Writing has given me structure when nothing else felt solid.
It reminds me that I’m not stuck. I’m still in motion.
And I’m not waiting passively, I’m creating something honest and useful.

I don’t know where this road leads yet. But I know I’ll walk into it with more clarity than I had before.

Thanks for reading, and for walking with me.
